Natural Run Coaching

There has to be one best way of running. It’s got to be like a law of physics. And if you deviate too much from that–the way I did in my career–it can be a big handicap.
You show me someone with bad form, and I’ll show you someone who’s going to have a lot of injuries and a short career.

Benefits of a gait analysis include
  • Posture Analysis
  • Run Gait Cycle Analysis
  • Form Drills
  • Strength and Balance Exercises
  • Footwear Choices

If you are interested in doing a form analysis, please contact me. For $25.00 I will perform a video analysis, which includes recording your current run gait and discussing it, going through some drills and discussions, and another form analysis after you work on hopefully improving your form a bit. We can also perform and practice some strength and other drills that I myself use to warm up and strengthen my body.

For myself, actually having someone go through my run form and give me pointers was HUGE. A year ago when running I shuffled along focused on upright posture so strongly I was probably close to leaning back. Having some instruction, and being shown how to analyse a run gait taught me that running is not only what happens from your knees down, but it is an entire body movement! This is what I hope to offer to you, what was given to me. Making running a bit more effortless, and helping it make more sense as a full body phenomenon.
